Medicines in School

When bringing medication into school this should always be in the original packaging as dispensed by a pharmacist and should include the prescriber's instructions for administration. This should be accompanied by a letter from the child's parent/guardian indicating quite clearly the name of the medication, the dose and times to be taken.

Students should not carry any medication on them i.e. paracetamol

If at all possible it is preferable that medication is taken at home.
