After a respectable turnout in voting at both upper and lower school, all 8 candidates received a respectable number of votes. However, the two candidates with the most votes were Connor Burleigh, 10K and Holly Nyika, 7J. These two pupils will now represent The McAuley school on the Doncaster Youth Council.
Congratulations to both winning candidates, but also to all of the other candidates for taking part in such a professional manner.
Massive thanks to everyone who took part in supervising the polling stations at lunchtimes and to those who voted and made the election a meaningful process.
